Services include specific claims development and negotiation, Nation building and band governance support, land code development, support for navigating government referrals and the duty to consult, and negotiating government-to-government agreements.

Coasthaven Law is located in Victoria, BC, in the heart of Lək̓ʷəŋən territory on the unceded Indigenous lands of the Songhees Nation and Xʷsepsum (Kosapsum) First Nation. We recognize the enduring connections that these Nations have to this land and will conduct our work in a manner that respects their laws, traditions, and sovereignty.
